Beer cocktails, or “beertails” can be a twist on classic cocktails or brand-new inventions. A layer of beer bubbles compliment and add flavour dimensions alongside traditional cocktail ingredients like liqueurs, spirits and juices.
Gary De Pape, our favourite European Craft Beer guy, is back to work his magic and whip up some interesting and tasty beer cocktails! He has perfected these recipes and presents them with his incredible store of craft beer knowledge.
Snacks to nibble on will be provided.
