This tasting will explore the origins of Japanese whisky, its regulations (and why they’re so controversial), and the interesting rivalry between Suntory and Nikka, the Coke and Pepsi of the industry. We will be sampling three quality Japanese whiskies and explore the use of an innovative distillation method. Light palate cleansing snacks will beserved.
