This tasting will explore the three  basic styles of Scotch whisky:  unpeated, lightly peated, and heavily peated. You’ll learn about each style, the colourful history of Scotch, how Scotch gets its flavour, and what makes a Scotch smoky.  You’ll also get to try a delicious example of each style along the way!

Light palate cleansing snacks will be provided.
