Cheesemaking 101: Chevre And Boursin, 6 - 8pm, $60 + GST
Paula is back for another edition of her artisan cheese making skills. This time learn how to make Chevre (goat cheese) and add ingredients and turn it into Boursin. This is a hands-on course requiring full participation. Guests will get to enjoy the product of their hard work as well as wine pairings to compliment.
